Very good stuff. Thought I might let you know that we are having issues with companies hired by AMAZON to install “their” remote access APP in Community gate systems so they can get in easier & faster. So far most of these have been installed without the approval of the HOA. We discovered this as service calls came in for malfunctioning gates and found AMAZON modems installed in the Operators. We found gate arms installed incorrectly (they had to take the arms off to take the cover off to get into the operators (no key)), they unbolted slide gate chains and got the chains all wound up in the operator gearing. They jumped fences…etc. I am appalled. The liability, safety & lack of knowledge is really scary. Just FYI!!!! Have a great day! smiley face!
