Are anchor bolts a better way to set a post to the concrete vs setting the post(metal) in the ground and pouring concrete around it? I read one of your articles about having a 3/4″ plate welded to the bottom of post with nuts on each side of plate for adjustment. I’m curious if adjustment up and down was an option with the hinges if that is still the best option. Thank you for the info, and love your gates! Top notch!

Very generally, we start suggesting a double swing gate vs a single swing gate around 14’W. But, that depends on the gate design, driveway configuration, wind load in area, etc. Thanks for commenting on our article!
